The Eagles Club is committed to enhancing the experiences and opportunities of our student-athletes. The club supports American University's strong commitment to athletics, academics and the student-athlete experience by providing our coaches and student-athletes the resources necessary to win at AU and succeed in life.
The Eagles Club was founded in 1997 to help support the scholarship and operational expenses of the Department of Athletics and Recreation. Guided by the University's longstanding philosophy of service, philanthropy and a commitment to learning, Eagles Club members have bettered the student-athlete experience every year. Along the way, the club is proud to have helped build a level of expectation that each program is competing in NCAA tournaments by winning conference championships. To that end, donations may be designated to any one of American's 16 varsity programs or to General Athletics for department-wide initiatives. Join today and see what we can achieve together.
All gifts to the Eagles Club from alumni count in your class and reunion totals through the AU Annual Fund. Gifts from parents also count as gifts to the Parents Fund. By making your annual fund gift through the Eagles Club you are emphasizing the importance of athletics to the University community and helping our student-athletes succeed on and off the field.

By donating $100 or more to AU Athletics, you gain membership into the Eagles Club and are eligible for the benefits received by Eagles Club members including priority seating locations for season tickets as well as invitation to the athletics banquet.
